Event: Wild Wildlife with Tenok and Friends

Wild Wildlife with TenokIn conjunction with the month of the ‘2016 World Tapir Day’, the Malaysian Heritage and History Club (MHHC) will be organising an event, Wild Wildlife with Tenok and Friends, on 2nd April 2016 (Saturday) at Badan Warisan Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur).

The event aims to create awareness among Malaysians about our own tapir (Tenok in Malay language), other local wildlife species and their diverse (but increasingly endangered) natural habitats which all together constitute a rich ecosystem of utmost importance to the well-being of the country.  It is hope that with the series of talks, exhibits and other activities suitable for both adults and youngsters, this event can help in promoting love and protection of our unique natural heritage.

The one-day event is open to the public, and admission is free.
